    Vintage, P.F. CORBIN, circa 1910-1935 #1364 1/2 mortise lock with key, shown in the their 1930 catalog.
    FACEPLATE: Mortise lock has a nickel plated brass face plate length of 5 1/4" and a width of 1" and thickness of 1/8".
    BACKSET: Backset (the distance from the front edge of the face plate to the center of the knob post hole) is 2 5/8".
    BOX: The box measures 3 3/8" from the front edge of the faceplate to the back of the box.  The box measures 3 5/8" top to bottom.
    DROP: The drop (the distance from the center of the knob post hole to the center of the round portion at the top of the key slot) is 2 1/4".
    KNOB POST: The lock utilizes a standard 5/16" knob post.
