    Description

This 1882-O Morgan silver (90%) dollar is from an old coin roll (see pictures) that I recently purchased.  The coin has been circulated but appears to have been in the coin roll for quite some time, as it maintains a high degree of its original details.  Both sides of the coin have extremely sharp details, including in the normally high-wear areas in the Liberty band, hairlines, cap and flowers, eagle featuring, and coin lettering.  In my non-professional opinion (total hobbyist), I would think with this level of detail the coin’s grade would be at least mint state (MS+).  However, grading is a highly subjective art, so please use the pictures to determine the coin’s grade and quality for yourself.
Please note that this auction is only for the one (1) coin pictured and is the coin you will receive. Also I cannot substantiate how long the coin was in the roll or how little it was circulated prior to being included in the pictured roll, as I am basing my observations on the claims of the prior owner and the excellent condition of the coin.
I'm happy to combine S&H as much as possible, so if you purchased multiple coins please do not pay until you receive an invoice showing the revised total. Finally, due to recent tax law changes, some states require eBay to collect sales tax on purchases, so the appropriate local taxes will automatically be added by eBay for these states.
Lastly, I offer a 14-day return period as I understand you sometimes have to see a coin "in person" to appreciate its beauty, but please note that I do ask the buyer to pay for return shipping. If you have questions before bidding or about the return policy, please contact me in advance. Thank you in advance! (R2021.4.4)
